Ms. Payne is a Leadership, Executive and Team Coach based in Hong Kong. Founder and Managing Director at Tangram Global, which works with executives and teams in Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe to optimize individual strengths, catalyze performance and increase their impact. Ms. Payne has also served as the CEO at Black Isle Global, which works with boards, executives and front-line employees to unlock their potential and improve their performance.
Previously, she held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Corporate Director at MetLife Asia Pacific Limited, which is a leading global provider of insurance, annuities and employee benefit programs. As a member of the Regional Executive Team, Ms. Payne was responsible for IT, Business Operations, Customer-centricity, Communications and Governance, as well as matrix responsibility for Risk Management (Audit, Compliance, Enterprise Risk). During her time at MetLife Asia Pacific Limited, she has concurrently served as Chief of Staff.
