Session: Dealing with Corruption: Case Studies
Laura Alonso is a former Head of Anti-Corruption office in Argentina, who has been twice elected as the member of the National Congress and the CEO of the domestic chapter of Transparency International. It was with her anti-corruption policies that Argentina reached its highest score in the Index of Transparency International in 2020. Laura has also co-chaired the G20 Anti-corruption Working Group, and she was chief of the official delegation to the OECD Anti-Bribery Working Group.
