Nino is the founder of several Limited Liability Companies as well as Non-Governmental Organizations. In 2010 Nino founded the Regional Development Association in Akhaltsikhe and since then has executed various rural development projects. She is a prize winner for the “Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year” at the first annual Business-Award “Mercury 2011” ceremony; and a Prize winner for the “Women Entrepreneur of 2016” from the Grenoble School of Economics. She was also the first woman leader who became an honorary coordinator of the organization “Invest for the Future” in 2012 (the organization which functions under the patronage of Hilary Clinton).
In 2012, together with her partners, Nino founded the Georgian Farmers’ Association (GFA) where she serves as a Chairwoman of the organization. She manages all donor funded projects at the GFA, (EU, USAID, FAO, UNWOMAN, ADA, SDC, UN, USDA) she is an active advocate for the farmers’ rights and is the key driving force behind the success of the organization. In 2014, Nino also founded the Georgian Entrepreneurs’ Network which supports both beginners and experienced entrepreneurs in business development. As a proactive person by nature, Nino is a member of almost all key governmental or non-governmental boards and committees which operate in the sector of agriculture (and beyond). From 2013 she has served as an advisor in agro-directions at the State Partnership Fund. Nino hold the MBA with Distinction in Global Management (GGSB) & International Executive MBA (CSB) at Grenoble Graduate School of Business (France). In 2019, she received the Diploma with Merit in Business Organization and Management from Cambridge International College. Moreover, in 2017, Nino became a YGL (Young Global Leader) nominated and selected by the World Economic forum.
